Nothing_Technik I guess you mean Nothing Phone (3)?
Go to:
Settings -> About this phone -> Android version -> Google Play System Update
Now you can click on the blue Check for updates button and it should search for a new update. My NP3 is stuck on October 1st 2025 at the moment.
To my knowledge you can’t automate this specific update.
