Candidate 1: Manuel

Hi everyone, I’m Manuel from Spain
Some of you may already know me from the Nothing & CMF Fan Hub, where I’ve been actively building content and conversations across the community for over two year
Last year, I was honoured to be shortlisted for the Community Board Observer role, and that experience reinforced my motivation to keep contributing and pushing the community forward.
This year, my goal as a potential CBO is very clear: I want every Nothing community to feel equally represented and equally valued, no matter where they’re based.
Nothing is a global brand, with passionate communities in the UK, India, Europe, the Americas, and beyond. Yet not all communities always have the same access to activities, opportunities, or visibility. As CBO, I want to help bridge that gap, so being part of the Nothing community feels just as exciting and meaningful whether you’re in London, Barcelona, New York, or Mumbai.
Professionally, I work in marketing and community-driven projects, which has taught me how to listen at scale, identify patterns across different audiences, and turn feedback into actionable insights. I don’t just want to collect opinions, I want to connect communities, amplify underrepresented voices, and ensure feedback from all regions reaches the board with the right context.
As CBO, I would focus on:
Fair global representation of community feedback
Encouraging equal opportunities for events, initiatives, and collaborations across regions
Transparent and open communication between Nothing and the community
Being accessible, approachable, and present across platforms
I truly believe Nothing’s strength lies in its people, and that strength grows when everyone feels included. If elected, I’ll work to ensure the community feels united by shared passion, not divided by geography.
Thank you for your support, and I’d be honoured to earn your vote

Candidate 2: Nikhil

Hello Everyone,
I’m Nikhil, a passionate photographer and a member of the Nothing Community.
If I am given the opportunity to be a CBO, I’ll not just represent the community to the brand, but also empower the community to represent itself. I will make sure that your voices are heard by the brand and it’s teams who are usually keen listeners.
Hope to be the representative of this wonderful community.
Cheers, Nikhil

Candidate 3: Louis

I’ve always seen the Nothing Community as a place you don’t have to shout to be heard. You show up, you contribute, and over time people know who you are. That’s how I’ve tried to be here from the start by being active, present, and genuinely invested. If you’ve spent any time in the community, chances are you’ve already seen me around either online or in person (likely talking about coffee), and that wouldn’t change.
Some of you may remember that I was the Community Board Observer back in 2022, when Nothing was still finding its feet. That experience gave me a real understanding of how the role works, how the relationship between the community and the company functions, and how important trust and clarity are on both sides. A lot has evolved since then, in the best possible way, and I’d love to bring that early perspective back, paired with what the role has grown into today.
What really excites me is the storytelling side of things. Nothing has always been about more than products, and I’d love to help bring more of the people behind the community into the spotlight. That could be through spotlighting community voices, having real time conversations, or new formats that make things feel more open and human, rather than formal or distant.
The previous CBOs have done a great job strengthening communication and opening doors, and I see this as a chance to build on that foundation. My aim wouldn’t be to reinvent what already works, but to keep improving it, clearer feedback loops, more visible outcomes, and a community that feels even more connected to the people building Nothing behind the scenes.
If you’re looking for someone who’s consistently around, understands the role from experience, and genuinely cares about how this community grows, that’s what I’d bring to the table - calmly, thoughtfully, and with plenty of room for collaboration.
