As most of you probably already know, I’ve had an absolute blast creating Custom Glyphs with the help of a 3rd party tool on GitHub created by the talented Community/Discord member @SebiAi ! Right after SebiAi posted his community project, it immediately sparked my interest. It was a desire of many people after the Nothing Glyph Composer was launched to create more than just the already awesome soundpacks. I’ve been making videos of what I’ve created on X, and thought it’d be great to share my collection with you of all the stuff I’ve created!

It has no real purpose for me besides it’s nice to see them perfectly synced to a specific songs. It’s a creative process for me where audio and Glyphs come together and believe it or not, I enjoy the whole production process. Creating most of these Custom Glyphs takes multiple hours, so it definitely requires some dedication. I don’t use them as ringtones or anything, just a nice showcase when I want to show a cool trick what my Phone 2 can do, they’re a near-perfect execution of what the Music Visualization feature will hopefully become 😄.

The one that got it all started: Bou - Nokia Riddim (Glyph Files)

I wanted to try out how hard it was to use this tool and @Louis ☕️ gave me the perfect song to try it out. Not bad for a first try!

Swedish House Mafia - Heaven Takes You Home

To celebrate the collaboration giveaway between Nothing and SHM, I thought this was a perfect moment for a SHM Glyph. I later learned that longer Custom Glyphs doesn’t mean they’re better 😅 the build-up on this one was a bit too long…

Dr. Dre - Still D.R.E. (Glyph Files)

I remembered a tweet of Carl where he mentioned this genre was still his favorite, so I had to give it a try.

Martin Garrix - Animals (Glyph Files)

Such a famous song known all around the world. The melody if this one should be great together with Glyphs

DJ Snake, Lil Jon - Turn Down for What (Glyph Files)

Another banger after all these years. I was searching for a song which would go well with the individual zones of Glyph #4 (Better known as the Glyph Timer)

SAMPHA Soundpack - Glyph Composer (Download)

Another idea I was playing with: what creations would be possible if I could use a grid sequencer instead of my fingers? Used some other external tools to play with this and later added the Glyphs again. If you look closely, you can see that they differ from the official soundpack. I wasn’t able to match the ‘pulsing’ Glyphs which the Composer engine is capable of.

Skrillex - RATATA (Glyph Files)

Why? Well… Nothing needs more Pokemon! Besides this song was in my Spotify wrapped of 2023, so that already proves I played it a lot!

Bobby Helms - Jingle Bell Rock (nGlyph File)

What better way to conclude 2023?! A Christmas spirited Glyph for the Holidays!

Mr Steel Obviously hugely impressive work by SebiAi for getting the method worked out, but Mr Steel, the quality and creativity on these is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - I can only imagine how long they took to make!

I’ll never get bored of you just randomly turning up with new custom Glyph sequences. Loving the commitment here, feel free to keep them coming for 2024! Excellent work 👏

Derren Thanks Derren, really appreciate it!

Rob ⚡️ Man! I burned hours creating these. This is a typical example of learning by doing and I was definitely able to learn myself some new tricks to make it easier, but still… Every single Glyph you see light up in the sequence (no matter how short or long) has been manually placed at the right time, no shortcuts in that 😅! But the trick which is helping the most is definitely splitting the sound with AI into multiple stems. This way you’re able to focus on specific parts of the song way better (Melody, kicks, vocals etc)

Louis ☕️ Well you do already know which songs are still on the shortlist 👀 so sooner or later, they should get Glyphified! 🔥

So y’all just going to create legendary level notifications and soundtracks and keep the files for yourselves?

Samurai_nAefgsCtZ0 While we love the idea of sharing downloadable ringtones, we unfortunately can’t allow download links for copyrighted material.

Here’s the deal: most ringtones are based on existing songs or sounds. These original works are protected by copyright, which gives the creators exclusive rights to control how their work is used. Distributing ringtones without permission from the copyright holder could be considered infringement. While using a ringtone personally on your own device may fall under “fair use,” distributing it to others via download links goes beyond personal use. It becomes a form of distribution, which requires proper licensing or permission from the creator.

Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material can lead to legal consequences. As a community, we want to ensure that our actions align with legal standards and respect the rights of content creators.

bro, salute you 🫡, I’ve serched internet to find about you ( your glyphs) , and now you’re here with all of your arts, keep going ❤️. Wish i could get these all on my phone 2🫠

Mr Steel hey man love your work. Just an idea, leading on from sharing. Why not share the glyph files without sound and let people line up the corresponding music themselves. Then you wouldn’t be sharing any copyrighted material. 🤷‍♂️ I know I’d absolutely love these on my phone (2).

              😁

                RATATA - Glyph Files:
                START 42.581
                END 1m01.935

I’m afraid the timestamp won’t be spot-on. Due to the new Audacity function (Beats & Measures) I had to do some final alignments after the cut to get the steps right. Hopefully it’s close enough
