CMF Phone 2 Pro thumbscrew fell off - help

I am very unsatisfied with the cmf phone 2 pro its dial like thumbscrew on back panel are too loose and fell off easily after 2 days of buying mobile it fell off somewhere and overall look of my cmf phone 2 pro is now too ugly Where I used to consider it a unique smartphone and used to keep it without covering the back, now I feel ashamed of opening its cover, okay if it fell then it fell, there is nothing on top of it, there is no replacement etc. I just request you to make more colorful thumb dial screws for this, if that too then at least you can replace it with this.

AnmolSangar I use CMF phone 2 Pro too and the screw is tightly fitted . It must be a issue of the shop so i think you should address the issue there brother as this wasn’t a common issue

That’s crazy bad luck. I wonder how it managed to work itself loose? Have you retraced your steps? If you can remember your movements then perhaps you could find it. Still, I expect that would have crossed your mind early on and you have probably already searched high and low for it. Perhaps the good folk at CMF may well offer a replacement. I don’t recall reading that you had been in touch with them directly, maybe worth a try if not. Also, when you do explain to them your sad tale, I would ask CMF to give the worker that has the job of screwing every single one of them into place to triple check he/she has tightened them properly. Next thing we will read people getting the wrong colour “wheel” attached. Imagine that. Mmmmm

My screw is also fallen off. I can’t even order a new screw from ali express.This screw is not even getting from any phone showroom.What should I do. Nothing community should find a way for this. U guys should sale the screw in any good site.
