Issue:
Even when Quick Settings access on lock screen is disabled, I’m still able to access Quick Settings using a specific gesture sequence.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Settings → Lock Screen
2. Turn off “Allow Quick Settings on lock screen”
3.From the lock screen, open the Camera (swipe shortcut)
4.While the camera is opening, continuously swipe down from the top
5.After a few tries, Quick Settings appears, despite the option being disabled
Expected behavior:
Quick Settings should be completely inaccessible from the lock screen when the toggle is turned off be it when accessing camera from lock screen.
Actual behavior:
Quick Settings becomes accessible via this gesture combination.
