Womey so this is another story. This doesnāt mean we donāt need to write to them through feedback tool and so on. Some brands donāt even have a normal community that listens, just a forum for users without any real help from the team, just forum admins.
Of course we canāt blame someone that chooses other brands instead of Nothing, because everyone will get its own favourite. But if person didnāt even try to send a feedback to the team or, at least, post here in a community, just leaves the brand ā sounds like he just didnāt liked it from the startš¤·š¼āāļø or idk heās lazy orā¦
I also didnāt got a solution to my problem with a playground, but at least I let them know the problem exists and Iām gonna write next time if the problem continues. If they wonāt solve it thatās not my problem, thatās their problem. And not a reason to change phone if it works overall.
