I was bored on my winter break so I drew a concept for the phone 4, I wanted to bring back the glyph array but still retain the dot matrix display,

So the central island would be flushed into the body and will be covered in some gloss black glass, the rest of the body will follow the classic nothing panel asthetic under a gloss glass near the nothing logo would be bright red accent to highlight the brand name, now the sides will be either powder coated matte black or titanium

I believe having both the island and ring wouldnt be redundant for example the matrix would show a visualizer while the ring shows the volume lev

N_c_s2SgXxcZNm The design looks amazing! Personally, I tend to avoid incorporating the dot-matrix elements, since they feel restrictive and less expressive in sketches. Instead, I prefer focusing on the glyph interface, as it allows me to highlight dynamic light patterns and create a more distinctive visual identity in my concepts.
