Applied filters removed after post-processing - help

Soo I was taking photos with a new filter i imported and noticed that the filters were being removed by post processing.

The issue persists in all lighting conditions

And yes I am the latest version of nothing os 4.0

Daniel I contacted them…but they send an email saying change settings….which is obviously not the issue I am trying to point out….what else could I do !?

gokulkrishnant_gkt_ This could be a bug, in that case you can share it with the software team by setting -> system -> feedback.

Have you tried using the search function for similar threads? maybe someone else was having the same issue.

The feedback option is also not working….🙂

The catagory drop-down menus is empty and I it’s also mandatory… so I can’t pot without selecting a catagory

These are the screenshots of my problem..could you please report these issues to the nothing software team…

Note that the issue with presets only happens when it’s a sideloaded preset not with default added presets .
