VoWiFi/WiFi Calling setting option is not visible in my CMF Phone 2 Pro. I am using BSNL SIM.

Please tell me Anyone got this feature with BSNL SIM?

Hi Nothing Team and Community,

BSNL (India) has officially launched its VoWiFi (Wi-Fi Calling) service nationwide across all telecom circles as of January 1, 2026. While other major carriers like Jio and Airtel work seamlessly, BSNL VoWiFi is currently not functional on Nothing devices (Phone (1), (2), (2a), and CMF Phone).

Currently, the IMS Status for BSNL shows as “Not Registered” or “Not Provisioned” because the BSNL IMS profile hasn’t been added to Nothing’s carrier configuration files.

Since BSNL is a major provider for users in low-signal and rural areas, this feature is critical. Could the dev team please include the BSNL IMS/VoWiFi profile in the next OTA update or push a Carrier Settings update for Indian users?

I raised the same issue somewhere in November 2025. After three months again contacted. The reply e got is given below.

"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced, and we are here to provide assistance regarding the issues you are facing with your CMF Phone 2 Pro.

Please be assured that we are actively working on resolving the issue, and we expect to address it in our upcoming update. We kindly request your continued patience as we work towards a solution."

Why this much of time is taking for a small patchup/ update. Anybody knows anything?

When i raised a feedback from phone, they mentioned that it is being tested now and going to be part of next OS release. If this is true then, we might get this as part of Feb’26 release. So we will have to wait for some more time.

Congrats! 💞😍 With the March software update, I can finally use the Wi-Fi Calling feature on my CMF Phone 2 Pro with a BSNL SIM.

I previously raised this issue in the Nothing community and through the mobile feedback option, and I’m happy to say the new update has solved the problem. I am now able to make calls over Wi-Fi, and the Wi-Fi Calling/VoWiFi setting is officially visible.

A huge thanks to the Nothing team for listening to user feedback and addressing our concerns. This is incredibly helpful!

Try resetting network settings…

Reset vpn…

Re insert sim…

Try getting in contact with bsnl support…
