They connect to my phone fine, but when I connect to my PC (Bluetooth adapter: Ugreen BT501) they connect for half a second (always at 100% volume regardless of previous setting) then cut out. I’m using the Dual Connection screen in the app to connect them and can see the throbber run for ~30 seconds, it connected, scream, then disconnect.
Other headphones, like AirPods 1 and Sennheiser Momentum 4, connect to it just fine.
Things I’ve tried:
- Using the adapter on a different PC. Same issue.
- Factory resetting the earbuds. Same issue.
- Rebooting everything. Same issue.
- Connecting with the adapter in every available mode. Same issue.
- Checking for alternate drivers. None available.
Would appreciate any advice about this.
