Hey Community, With a new year starting, we wanted to take a few moments and look back on an incredible year with you all. 2025 has been a year filled with amazing product launches, community events, and company milestones. We heard from three incredible talents in the tech and product design space while providing an open space to connect and network in the industries we are so happy to help represent. Here's what the IF Design jury had to say about the project: > “The ‘Nothing design language’ of the first generation of devices from this brand has been taken to the next level with a new model co-created by its community of users (hence the name). This is a bold step that prefigures a likely trend in product design. Just as the internet is now dominated by user-generated content, hardware designers will increasingly look to users for ideas and impulses. These milestones mean everything to us. Phone (3) and Headphone (1) were arriving, and soon. Following the teasers, we launched officially in July and saw enthusiastic support from our entire community. Not only was Nothing OS 4.0 highly anticipated but it was so highly anticipated that the open post remains as our highest viewed post in this platform's history. [The Community Edition launch](https://nothing.community/d/49508-community-edition-launch-translucent-memories-made-together "Community Edition Launch") was amazing and celebrated around the world in both events as well as drops. This brought the total number of community investors to an impressive 11,000. 📢 With 2025 coming to a close, we want to say thank you. Thank you for the posts, the comments, the feedback, the support, the stories, and of course the collaboration that makes the Nothing Community the best community in the world. Zac my favorite moments in the community are the monthly photography challenges! I was lucky enough to have my pictures featured in a couple of them, and I am looking forward to the 2026 challenges!

As a suggestion, I would ask the team to give a little push to these challenges. Maybe feature them in a YouTube video? Maybe giving away some things to the winners? I’m thinking stickers, merch or so. Not necessarily a phone 🤔

Anyway, I wish all the community a prosperous 2026 🎉

i do not know what i should begin with. all i can say is that i feel very grateful and happy for what happened this year 🙂
the work with Nothing on the Community Edition Phone (3a) and meeting the designers and other winners in London was absolutely my favorite thing of this year.

besides this, i really love daily-using the Phone (3) with NOS4.0. i should’ve gotten a Headphone (1) in black, so i would be happy if i got it from the giveaway 🙂

Zac My favorite Nothing moment of 2025 has to be the launch of the Phone 3(a) Series because it brought major improvements from its predecessor the Phone 2(a), like a dedicated telephoto lens on both models ( one regular and the other a 3x periscope lens), a glass back instead of the plastic one, the updated design to go with the added telephoto lens, (my favorite design is the Nothing phone 3(a) pro), the use of a Snapdragon processor and the launch of Essential Space. Really good mid-rangers for the price!

Can’t wait to see what you guys cook with the 4(a) series later this year, can’t wait!

2025 was a very exciting year.

What personally stands out to me is the Phone (3). This was Nothing’s first flagship, and the design was amazing. Also, it was great that it featured the Glyph Matrix and that I was able to create GlyphTOYS.

I plan to continue developing GlyphTOYS this year as well. I’m going to make this a year of taking on various challenges!

What a year! It felt like hit after hit. Attending the Phone (3) launch was incredible, the tech follower within me had always wanted to experience a launch event and, I ticked that off thanks for Nothing.

Also been fantastic to see new active community members and many familiar faces too.

Zac Glad to be part of the 100,000 members milestone, winning a product and some merchandise from Nothing. That moment really changed me, as I could represent the community in Indonesia. I’ve been trying to be more active and engaged, taking small roles in unofficial projects and social media dedicated to Nothing.

Connecting with fellow community members across different platforms has been an amazing experience.
Big shoutout to @adbo for welcoming me to contribute with his ideas and passion for the community (r/NothingTech promotion hehe), @Tor for helping me with some of my dilemmas in video creation, and to @Sticky_PRP 🇩🇪 for letting me help get one of his videos done, and others! We may not have met in person, but it’s been great getting to know you guys!

I made some of my first videos, and they’re mostly about Nothing and its products. It’s been a bit challenging to create some of the reviews I’ve done, but I’m really glad to see how engaged this community and others have been with them.

2024 was my first step getting to the community, but 2025 meant a lot to me, especially with the community.
Looking forward to any opportunities that come my way in 2026.✌️

Well, you’ve understood that the community isn’t just about those who buy products, but also those who want to actively participate in the growth of a company (and what a company! The only one that made me anxious when a new product or project was released).

An event this year that I loved very much, even though I didn’t attend, was the one with UVU (a culture of young runners who dress athletes with style and aesthetics), where you understood that the best way to sell a product like ear (open) is to have it tested by the target sports audience who would buy it. It’s one of the few technology companies worth spending on useful and functional products, and so far, those five products I’m carrying have been worth every penny.

My favourite Nothing moment of 2025 has to be the Community Edition journey for Phone (3a). Seeing the community directly influence hardware design from ideas to final execution that perfectly captures what makes Nothing special. It felt less like watching a launch and more like being part of the creation itself. Truly a standout example of community-driven innovation.

My favourite Nothing moment of 2025 was the Phone (3) and Headphone (1) launch in July. As a CS student, seeing the introduction of the Glyph Matrix and the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 was a huge technical highlight, but the Headphone (1) stood out most for its bold design—it would be the perfect companion for long coding sessions! 👨‍💻✨

What a great year. In 2025 nothing have grown a lot and has become one of the best tech brands despite the company’s size.

Here in the community we celebrated every achievement together and that makes it so hard to chose only one moment.

Even though the launch of nothing phone 3a was one of my favourite moments and definitely my favourite nothing product of the year, I’ll have to go with the launch of the phone 3 because I personally liked the design a lot, I remember I had a lot of debates about it. That’s why I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Zac What was your favourite Nothing moment of 2025?

My favourite thing was the 3a Community edition! It was amazing to see the culmination of the entire community to create something real and physical, that some people got to hold in their own hands. Though I didn’t get one, it was just really impressive how Nothing took this level of devotion to its community.

Although I didn’t even know what Nothing was during the 3a’s release, therefore it can’t be my favourite moment, it’s my favourite design among all the phone designs to date and it was my happiest day to receive one as a gift.

Unfortunately, I do not qualify to receive a prize because I violate the T&Cs, but I would like to know if my reply would’ve been selected.
