I am against to show the battery percentage at the icon. Its just feels disturbing to check battery level and let me know the purpose of it, overall update is fine.

LynchTime yes the battery indicator has changed.

It shows the same as earlier while connected to charging. But while it kept idle, the number indication is mixed up and not clearly visible.

People have complained about the battery percentage being displayed besides the icon in a number of ghreads after OS 4.0 was released. They wanted the number inside it.

Nothing reacted with the first update for OS 4.0 and moved it inside the icon. 🙃

Coldpaw Firstly, the user can customize the settings. Whether they want it inside or outside is up to them.

Secondly, it’s hard to read on dark wallpapers, despite the gray background, especially when the battery is below 50%. This information should be easy to read in a split second, and not require close scrutiny, especially in bright light.

So I installed the lastest January update on my nothing 3a and I noticed that while taking photos with telephoto lens the images are pretty inconsistent sometimes it’s overly saturated sometimes blurry sometimes clear plz fix this.

Hello Nothing Community,

I am facing a serious camera issue after installing the latest software update on my device. Before this update, the camera was working perfectly in all video modes.

Issue details:

- When recording videos in 1080p 60fps and 4K 30fps, the video quality becomes blurry.

- There is an unexpected zoom in and zoom out issue, which makes the video unstable.

- Overall video quality looks degraded and unusable in these modes.

- However, when recording in 1080p 30fps, the video records normally without any issues.

This problem started only after the recent update. Earlier, all video resolutions and frame rates were working smoothly without blur or zoom problems.

Steps already tried:

- Restarted the device

- Cleared camera app cache

- Checked camera settings

Unfortunately, the issue still persists.

I request the Nothing team to please:

- Acknowledge this as a software-related bug

- Provide a fix or camera optimization update as soon as possible

- Suggest any temporary solution if available

I had the same problem when I tried videoing last night. This morning I’ve changed the screen display to 120Hz and suprisingly no problems with videoing at 4K.
