As usual it depends on how fast you need a new phone. The 4a series will most likely be released again sometime in March / April. If you don’t mind to wait, it may be worth it, if you however need a new phone now, it’s not.
Keep in mind the 3a series is already often offered at discounted prices and the new 4a series will likely be more expensive than the current line-up.
