So technically:

No category = No feedback = No bugs 😌

Issue started after 4.0 first update and survived the second update as well.

Feedback system achieved ultimate stability by not allowing feedback at all.

Waiting for the update where the category dropdown also rolls out.

Yeah and I advise all who hasn’t updated to skip this update as after update not only the feedback option is removed but camera quality degraded and also network connection compatibility as well as battery drain and super heating issues are also arising. So skip this update in my opinion.

No one is crying. People are reporting unresolved issues.

Let’s separate noise from facts 👇

Log Tool force-stopping → still not fixed

Feedback category missing → still not fixed

Battery drain → still reported by users

Camera quality regressions → still discussed

These issues:

Started after updates

Survived multiple updates

Have no clear workaround from support

If users can’t even submit feedback because the feedback system itself is broken, reporting issues here is the only option left.

Calling that “crying” doesn’t fix bugs.

Calling it out helps improve the product.

Also, “this happens on all brands” isn’t an excuse — it’s exactly why updates should resolve issues, not carry them forward.

A community isn’t blind praise.

A community is users holding the product accountable so it actually becomes better.

After every update there are always the same complaints, this isn’t a community, it’s a kindergarten where all the spoiled children are crying. The problems exist, you can’t deny that, (this happens in the forums of all brands) but in this place everything is extremely exaggerated.

If you had read my words carefully, you would have understood that I don’t deny there are problems with NOTHING products, but I am convinced that complaining and crying in this community does not help solve those problems.

Ear (1): I must admit that I still use them today with great satisfaction.

N Phone 1: the first, true, magical NOTHING product… and yet it has reached the end of its life and has gone back into the box, taking with it all its never-resolved problems.

N Phone 2: is following the same path as NP1; it is at the end of its life and its problems have never been resolved.

And yet the community is full of bug reports for NP1 and NP2… has anything actually been fixed?

As much as I have loved “NOTHING” since its birth, I admit that now I will look ahead and my next phone will be from another brand. I haven’t made a decision yet, but it won’t be NOTHING.
