Hey Guys
I hope all are doing great and having wonderful time with the Community.
From Arijit M, A passionate Nothing Fan, today I’m back with a new thread; 100 Hours of Pure Character: CMF Headphone Pro Detailed First Impressions.

CMF Headphone Pro – The New Battery King🔋🎧.
Just spent some quality time with the CMF Headphone Pro and for a brand that prides itself on “Making Design Accessible,” these might be the most ambitious CMF products yet.
Here is my deep-dive first impression thread:
1/ The Unboxing & Build 📦: The aesthetic is pure Nothing: Minimalist, industrial, and “Sugar-coated.”
The Feel: Surprisingly light at 283g. The plastic frame feels sturdy and has a premium matte finish that doesn’t scream “budget.”

Modular Design: The interchangeable ear cushions are the star. They twist off easily, making them easy to clean or swap for different colors (Light Green/Orange/Dark Grey).
The Fit: Very low clamping force. As a glasses wearer, I found these extremely comfortable for 3+ hours without that “head-squeeze” feeling. You can enjoy a full movie without any break and headache.

2/ Manual Controls > Touch Controls ⚙️
CMF went back to basics here, and I love it. The Multi-function Roller: Controlling volume and ANC with a physical dial is far more reliable than swiping. The click is tactile and satisfying.
The Energy Slider: A unique addition. It lets you adjust bass/treble on the fly. It feels a bit like a “fidget” tool, but it’s great for quickly boosting the low end when a heavy track comes on without opening the app.

3/ Audio Quality & “Personal Sound” 🎶
Don’t let the price fool you; the specs are heavy:
Hardware: 40mm custom drivers with nickel-plated diaphragms.
Codecs: Supports LDAC (Hi-Res Wireless), which is rare at this price point.
Sound Profile: Out of the box, it’s a fun, V- shaped sound with punchy bass.
Audio Tech: I highly recommend doing the Personal Sound test in the Nothing X app. It tailors the EQ to your specific hearing profile, and for me, it really opened up the mids.

4/ ANC & Transparency 🔇
40dB Hybrid Adaptive ANC: It handles low-frequency hums (AC, traffic) very well. It might not beat the “big players” at high-frequency cancellation, but it’s impressive for the category.
Transparency Mode: It’s functional, though it feels slightly artificial compared to the Nothing Audio products. Good enough for a quick conversation and a busy traffic, meeting.

5/ The 100-Hour Flex 🔋: This is the killer
100 Hours of playback (ANC off) or 50 Hours (ANC on).
I’ve been using them for two days and the battery hasn’t even dipped below 90%.
Direct Charging: You can actually charge these directly from your phone via the USB-C cable. It’s a lifesaver feature for travelers and very helpful for a un-called meeting.

CMF has stripped away the gimmicks and doubled down on what matters: Comfort, Battery, and Character. The modular cushions and “Energy Slider” turn listening into a physical experience again. It’s perfect and it’s full of tech —and in a market full of clones, that’s exactly what we needed.
Absolute Must-Buy for the Aesthetic.
