Updated to 2.5.2 on my new Phone 2. But I noticed the battery is draining faster than before. Well, I hope there is a fix coming for that in the next update.

Even though I’ve disabled the ‘Wake Screen for Notification’ setting, my screen still lights up whenever a notification pops up. Current NOTHING OS 2.5.2.

Daniel But before the update it was working just fine. I did see some posts regarding the same issue. Widgets are kinda not syncing up properly with the response. Should I wait for the update to resolve or if I go to support how may I mention the software issue? Thanks..

Guys nothing os 2.5.3 rolled out for phone 1 but not phone 2 and there arent camera enhancement i hope we can see camera enhancement in phone 2

@Daniel already reported It to support but wants to generate awareness that NFC got Broken on 2.5.2 for some devices like mine, you can search “Nothing os 2.5 NFC Broken ” on YouTube for a detailed análisis, but also in Reddit! We can’t use Google Pay anymore which is very annoying 😓

Hey Nothing please in the next update work on camera and improve game mode I can’t use optimisation and my device feels laggy and the battery drainouts very fast At first before the update the phone’s battery would last for 6-7 hrs at 75percent brightness and continuous usage but after the update the battery drains iform 100-0 in 4 hrs at 40percent brightness and please add nothing gallery, nothing files, nothing calculator.And please improve the camera and game mode and give a huge update even if it takes a 2-3 months it’s ok.

Firmware (bot) Hello!

I got my nothing phone 2 4 days back and the first thing I did after unboxing was update the firmware.

Using it I have noticed that if I pause any playing media and the phone is connected to headphones ( wired or wireless ) then when I press play the sound does not come to the headphones. Call and everything works great, but not the media.

I have to disconnect and reconnect the headphones while the media is playing to listen to the media on the headphones.

Please let me know if it’s a known bug or do I have to get the device checked.

It’s been 8 months that I purchased NP2 and except camera i never had any issue.

But After OS 2.5.2 Battery is draining rapidly. Earlier I used to charge my NP2 daily once. But after 2.5.2 i am charging it twice but still not getting enough Screentime.

Apart from this I never had a heating issue in my NP1 and NP2.

But from past 2days my NP2 is heating like anything.

Any Solution or recommendations plzz…

I request nothing team that if ur taking so long to release update but it should worth it all the camera issue and battery drain issue should solved please and release it fast as u can

TejasMaisuriya I don’t want to put too high hope for incoming updates. But I agree, they must fix existing issues before introducing new features.

On the other hand, I am afraid if the issues not bothering the main function phones, existing issues might be on Backlog or KIV. 😆

I hope Nothing teams share the update released timeline, alongside with new phone, 2a to calm down everyone here.
*NP1 user feel same when NP2 released back then. hahaha
