Low call volume + weak audio on Nothing Phone (3) - help

Hi Everyone, I am facing some difficulties and can’t find a solution anywhere. I am on the latest software update available for Nothing Phone 3 There are 2 problems 1. The loudpeaker on normal phone calls has very low volume. Tried everything which I found over the internet. The speakers on a whatsapp call and other media apps is loud and clear. Please suggest if I am missing some settings or changes. 2. Audio quality issues - The volume is low on wired earphones(apple earpods) and bluetooth headphones(airpods 4 and sony XM5). The sound quality is not that great and the volume is low as well. I compared it with an iphone 16 pro max at my home. Tested on Netflix, youtube and youtube music app. In all the apps and with all the earphones/headphones the iphone always sounds louder and richer in all the cases. I am not sure if it is supposed to be like this or I am missing some settings again. Tried LDAC on/off, other bluetooth settings and developer settings but cant seem to fix this.

Zac 🛸 Thanks for your support. I have already submitted feedback and got reply to troubleshoot, such as installing latest update, switching networks, changing sim, removing 3rd party accessories, factory reset and etc. None of these helped resolve issue with microphone.
