Hey everyone, I have a difficult update regarding the Project ESSENTIAL stable release. I know this is the fourth time I am adjusting the launch date, and I sincerely apologize for the continued delays.
During final testing for today’s release, I ran into some unexpected driver and audio codec issues. I refuse to ship an operating system that is broken or unstable, so I need a bit more time to squash these bugs properly. Our new target for the stable release (without Waydroid) is March 15th at 8:00 PM PST.
Thank you so much for your continued patience. I want to make sure Project ESSENTIAL is actually essential when you install it, and I appreciate you sticking with me!
