My CMF neckband is not giving any audio output for media playback. To be very specific, the speakers are working fine because I can clearly hear the beep sounds during connection and disconnection.
However, there is no sound when playing media such as Spotify, YouTube, or videos.
Before suggesting common fixes, I want to clarify that I have already tried resetting the device and checking the media output settings, but the issue still persists.
Please help me resolve this problem
