The only thing I could think of is that I have sleep standby optimisation turned on in my battery settings, so I’ve turned that off for now and see how we get on.

Update Firmware: Verify both your watch and companion app have the latest updates installed
Restart Your Watch: Power off your watch completely, then turn it back on
Battery Optimization: Make sure battery optimization settings aren’t interfering with sleep tracking
Wear Position: Confirm the watch is worn snugly but comfortably on your wrist
Clear Cache: Try clearing the cache in the companion app
