Hi Community,
long story short: i ve always used my samsung phone as hotspot for a Win 11 Pc that runs zwift (an app to train indoor with bikes, something like a multiplayer game). Never had an issue but now i’m using my Nothing phone 3a for the same purpose and in the first ¾ minutes the hotspot turns itself off automatically even if the pc is connected to it and it is using the connection (discord and browser are automatically launched when i login)
BTW I’ve tried to uncheck the ‘turn off hotspot if no devices are connected’ but nothing changes.
This happens only ONE (1) time, as i said, in the first minutes. When i turn it ON again everything works fine for Hours
If i use the hotspot with another PC (with Linux this time) no issue and the hot spot stays ON for hours.
it can not be related to high temp, the W 11 PC is in a sub 5° celsius area and the linux one is in a warmer enviroment (about 22° C) with no issues.
