Just to confirm what others have also said, the bass is fixed. Using a tone generator I can’t hear the dip anymore around 90-100Hz which caused all the mess with the previous FWs. Noise cancelling and Off bass sound very similar which is even better than very old FWs.
Bass enhancement barely did anything on .80, now even on level 3 it’s doing a significant increase to the low-end up to 200Hz.
The only downside is that no old EQ sounds good. We’re going to need brand new measurements from people who have the rig for that. Until then Balanced is fine.
