Phone (3) charging speed with official Nothing charger?

Charging my nothing phone 3 with official charger 45w and checked through ampere app it shows only 10w , so it’s charging too slow , than used realme 80w charger which supports Pd , than it shows max 22w , what could b the issue with official charger ???

SatyamNagvekar there is a glitch in charging… you can unplugging and plugging cable…watts will go up…

Make sure cable you’re using is not broken

Check authenticity of your charging brick

Check for dust and debris in type c port of mobile and cable

Same issue I’m facing with my 1 month old NP3 with a brand new adapter of Cmf 65w.

It charged the phone 10 days with a really fast and genuine speed but now its showing 10w 5w while charging and the phone is getting 2 hrs to get fully charged.

Don’t know what is the issue or do we need to change the adapter or may be it will be fixed in next update.

JP yes bro whenever i replug the cable every time the watts got changed sometimes 15w sometwimes 5w, 7w

Is this a software issue or manufacturing defect my device is just under 1 month and Changer was fine for 10 days now slowed up.

Cable and charger is brand new , even phone just 15 days old , no os 4.0 , tried pluging and unpluging , it’s doenst work budy

SatyamNagvekar it’s common in almost every nothing phone… my cmf ph1 never went above 19watts when it support 33w… but still it charges under 1 hour..and last update fixed charging…it got improved 15%

Nothing phones support PPS charging protocol which changes volts and ampere according to conditions , like temperature, how much battery is charged and phones usage…so sometimes its good sometimes bad .. charging speed will get even low in summers ..

Right now I talked to the customer service they told me to check something about my adapter after seeing I got shocked its a fake even it shows authorized on the nothing website….

There are multiple fakes on Flipkart… Amazon is not even offical seller…

JP They told me that you check on your adapter there’s a SN:TP number which should not ends with the digits 0245 or 1846 or 2436 If any number has these three digits at the end then it is fake. Even though they will show genuine on nothing’s website doesn’t matters.

Ooooh man this is a big scam I got this adapter from local store after checking from outside number on nothing’s website now its a 100% same fake copy.

What’s your SN:TP number??

My cmf 33w serial ends with 7989… when i bought it the serial number is not showing in website..then i contacted support and they checked it for me and told me that it’ll take time to reflect status on website…

I bought it from myntra , supercomnet it the genuine seller…

JP before Nothing OS 4.0 my charging was slow, but after the update, it became much faster. now it charges in about 45 minutes
