It’s been a while since my battery has puffed up and the back glass panel has come off, I have got the device from noon, ofc due to the phone not being on warranty anymore no help from them, headed to sharaf dg in Sharjah told nope, contacted nothing after a few emails told me to head back there and tell them about it or go straight to Sharaf DG Time Square. Went there again got another big no (successfully wasted time and fuel). Tried going thru other service centers like Minutes none of them have Phone1 battery.
In case anyone has gone thru it and has any idea how I can get it both fixed would be really helpful.
