I would like to report an issue with my Nothing Phone 2 device. The phone screen suddenly froze for approximately 10 minutes. During this time, the touch screen was completely unresponsive, and I was unable to perform any actions, including restarting the device.
The power button and touch controls were not responding initially. The device remained stuck without any visible error message. After some time, the phone restarted/started functioning normally.
This issue caused inconvenience as the device could not be operated during that period. Kindly look into this matter and provide the necessary support or solution to prevent this issue from occurring again.
