I bought an Ear (a) on April last year. And it broke a few months later. The battery last for just a few hours, the earbuds won’t charge until 100%, and the left earbud drains faster than the right one.
I read some discussion here, and most of them are saying that it’s because of the firmware update.
And today I just got back my replacement from the service centre. I haven’t opened it yet.
Should I update the firmware..? Will that fix the battery issues?
Or should I just sell it? Because I live in Malaysia, and it cost me $420 for this thing. I’m afraid that it’ll just break again if I don’t sell it, or even if I don’t update the firmware..
