Just wanted to give a shout out to Nothing’s technical support and customer care.
My ear (2024) had started playing up (left ear bud lost charge within an hour and wouldn’t charge to full) so two weeks ago I raised a ticket. They did all the technical support tasks (resetting etc.) but after couple of emails they asked me to send them in.
They actually picked them up and acknowledged two days later they’d received them, saying it typically takes 3-5 days to review.
Today I received a brand new pair of ear 2024.

Only small criticism - I had no idea they were dispatching them to me, an email updating me on my repair/replacement would have been great but I’m still extremely happy.
Nothing Team - honestly well done. Selling a product is great, but how you look after your customer when something goes wrong is what makes brand loyalty - and this experience has 100% concreted my belief in the vision and brand.
