I love the phone, but I feel a bit misled. The “DNA” philosophy seems limited to icons and the back interaction only. I loved the hardware, but huge areas of the OS are boring and not around “Nothing”, like a good looking candy but not sweet.
Calling it Essential “Apps” feels misleading when it’s really just a single (or no) trick “Widgets”.
AI features like Writing, Photo Editing, and basic native apps are missing—but understandable… baby steps.
Idk, maybe I should have picked another device and waited like 2 years for the OS to grow up. To not like miss somethings that are normal or must have in your phone.
