Phone(2)- New App Opening Animations

Is it just me, or after the latest March security patch update, is the app opening animation weird and broken?

After latest update animation feel laggy and slow!! so i changed animation scale in to 0.5x

the dock icon animation is really off and laggy

I think the animation is fast on my phone 2 on latest update.
