So I’m tracking my workouts on the Watch 3 Pro and I realised that during the session I see my current workout intensity classified as (for example) “fat burning” - but if I stop/complete the session, the watch (and later the app) tells me my intensity was “warm up”?
This happens regardless of type of workout and with all “intensities”.. every single one gets “downgraded”
Aerobic endurance becomes fat burning, anaerobic becomes aerobic… etc etc
Anyone else experiencing this ? Did I mess up some settings?
I’ve attached a bike ride were my BPM was above 120 most of the time but nothing X seems to think it was just “warmup”..
