Request for Extended Warranty Option in India

Hi Nothing India Team,

I am a proud user of Nothing Phone (3). I really love the design and the user experience of the device.

However, I would like to bring a suggestion to your notice. Major brands in India like Realme, OPPO, and Vivo offer a direct Extended Warranty option through their official apps or website. Currently, for Nothing users, there is no direct official portal to extend the warranty after the purchase, which creates a bit of concern regarding long-term service support.

As a premium brand, it would be great if Nothing introduces an official Extended Warranty plan that we can purchase directly. This will definitely improve the trust and brand loyalty among Indian customers.

I hope you will consider this feedback and bring this option soon.

I asked Nothing customer care the same question last month; they have no plans to bring the option as of now. Ended up buying third-party extended warranty from OnesiteGo, have had good experience with them in the past. I feel like Nothing doesn’t have much trust on their own products.
