Got my Phone2 yesterday and updated to latest version. I have 2 SIMs in use, card in SIM1 slot is my business card, card in SIM2 slot is my private number. I’ve also tried changing slots and same thing happens.
They are from almost same company (core and sister company), but they use same APN settings and I think this could be where the issue lies.
In short: When I disable mobile data on my private number (SIM2) I also loose the internet connection on my business number (SIM1), but accessing the SIM1 options it clearly shows it’s turned on. I don’t know how it’s coded by I think that by disabling mobile data it “blocks” APN point and thus I loose internet on both SIMs.
Anyone else experienced this or found a workaround? With a quick search here I wasn’t able to find a similar topic.
