[OS 4.0 | BUG] Wi-Fi & Hot Spot don't work after restarting the phone.

(translated text, sorry) Recently my phone has developed a very strange bug: it doesn’t want to turn on Wi-Fi or turn on a Wi-Fi hotspot. The funny thing about it: sometimes it takes a couple of minutes to start up, and sometimes it takes several hours. Resetting phone doesn’t work either “fix internet” button. I would be glad if anyone knows how to solve this.

Daniel Tried, no results. I also noticed an interesting thing: when this happens, the system takes 5-10 seconds longer to load than usual (it turns on after the boot animation, shows the lock screen, and it freezes for the same five to ten seconds.)

P.s Sometimes hard-reseting helps, but when power off/restarting through the power menu, the bug returns, very strange.

Daniel Okay, I’ll do that later. I just want to add some new research: I noticed a pattern that Wi-Fi turns on when the steps are followed in the right order.

Pressing wi-fi button
Switch between settings and another app
Repeating 1 and 2
And SUPRISE - it’s working (idk how)

I’ll also attach a few screenshots, maybe someone can use them to figure out what’s wrong.
