DarrinWood hi Darrin, thanks for your message. Unfortunately Nothing support were not very helpful for me. Maybe email them anyway see if they can help you. A few tips I’ve either seen online or suggested by my carrier:
*check the access point names have been detected correctly from your SIM card, and if not you may need to manually create them (carrier can assist with this)
*Try toggling aeroplane mode on and off
*If you no longer need to use your iPhone, consider asking apple to deregister imessage: https://selfsolve.apple.com/deregister-imessage/au/en
*Try toggling RCS messaging and wifi on and off
*Try a very small size image
