lanier67 I just got my new Heaphones (a) and connected them to my Iphone and everything is working fine. With the dual connect, I connected them also to my windows 11 pc and they get recognized as Headphones, but the microphone is missing in the input options. any ideas?
Jeffrey_JPEG lanier67 This is weird, I use the ones I’m reviewing with my PC for gaming sessions and they haven’t had this issue. Does it occur when they’re connected to the computer alone? I haven’t tried dual connection yet.
lanier67 Jeffrey_JPEG I turned dual connection off, removed and added them again, same issue. Microphone works fine with my Iphone, doesn’t show up in input sound settings on windows 11
lanier67 Mr Steel 🦾 yup, tried all of this If I look at the Bluetooth settings, I see this in sound settings, it doesn’t show up We tested it with 2 different iphones and it works fine
MarianaRibeiro I was having the same issue. I turned of the dual connection and both the audio and microphone started working in my windows 11 pc. Hope it helps.
