Hello Everyone,
After using the Phone 4 (a) as my primary device for a full month, shooting hundreds of photos, recording videos in all kinds of conditions, and pushing it through daily college + content creation life… I can finally say this:
This phone doesn’t try to impress on day one it grows on you. And then it stays

First Impressions vs Reality
I went with the White variant, and honestly, it looks even cleaner in real life than renders. Minimal, futuristic, and very “Nothing” but after 30 days, it’s not just about looks anymore.
It’s about how consistently it performs.
Design — 10/10
This is easily one of the best-designed phones in the segment.
Slim profile, balanced weight, and that transparent identity still hits different. But what stood out after long-term use is comfort + grip + attention to detail

And then comes the Glyph Interface…
New Glyph System — 10/10
Not just a gimmick anymore. It’s actually useful.
• Timer cues
• Call indicators
• Charging feedback
• App-based integrations
But the real standout for me:
👉 The Red Recording Indicator on the back
In a time where people secretly record everything, this is such a bold and ethical move. It adds transparency and trust. Love this implementation.

Display — 9.5/10
The display is seriously underrated, 120Hz adaptive smoothness extremely bright outdoors (you feel it instantly while shooting) comfortable on eyes with high PWM dimming whether I was editing photos, scrolling, or framing shots in harsh sunlight it never struggled.
Only reason it’s not a full 10? Minor tuning could make colors slightly more punchy for some users

Camera — 8/10
This is where things get interesting, the camera system is very capable, but not always consistent.
What I loved:
• Strong dynamic range
• Good detail in daylight
• Clean portrait compression at 3.5x (huge win

Where it needs work:
Occasional inconsistencies in processing
Some shots feel under-optimized
But overall? For the price, it’s still a very solid setup.
Here are some Camera Samples i have taken using different modes

The Real Star: 3.5x Video (4K/30fps) — 9/10
This deserves a separate section. I don’t say this lightly:
The 3.5x video output is insanely good.
• Natural depth
• Proper subject separation
• Stable and cinematic feel
It gives a DSLR-like compression that even many flagship phones struggle to achieve.
For creators, this is a hidden gem.
Performance (Chipset) — 8/10
Daily usage? Smooth.
No major lag
Apps open fast
Multitasking is handled well
Gaming is decent, not extreme-level, but stable enough for regular users. Nothing OS plays a huge role here clean, optimized, and distraction-free

Battery — 8/10
Reliable, but not pushing limits.
• Easily lasts a full day.
• Consistent performance over time.
• No sudden drops, no weird drain just stable endurance.
But here’s my honest take…
In a time where brands are moving towards 6000–7000mAh+ batteries, I feel this could’ve been better.
If Nothing had gone a bit more aggressive with battery capacity, it would’ve made this device even stronger in the long run.
Still, for daily usage it holds up well.
Charging — 8.5/10
Fast, practical, but not perfect.
• Quick top-ups
• No overheating issues
• Charging speed feels predictable and reliable
Now the part I didn’t like:
👉 No charger in the box 😒
Personally, I feel Nothing should’ve included an adapter.
It’s a small addition, but it makes a big difference in user experience especially for new buyers.
Including a fast charger in-box would’ve made this package feel more complete and user-friendly

Real Talk (After 30 Days)
This phone isn’t perfect. But it gets something very right:
👉 Balance
• Unique design
• Useful innovation (not forced)
• Strong camera moments
• Clean software experience
And most importantly it doesn’t feel like a “typical mid-range phone.

My Final Verdict
Overall Rating: 8.5/10
For the price, this is genuinely a game-changer device. Not because it wins every category, but because it delivers a complete, thoughtful experience especially for creators and people who actually use their phones beyond just scrolling.
If you’re someone who values

• Clean UI
• Unique design
• Creative camera features
• Practical innovation
Then yeah… this one makes a lot of sense.
