Display issue for dark wallpapers

My display shows weird styles when a dark wallpaper is used. Is this common and is there a fix for this?

Til21 🇩🇪 I’ve always tried to help people irrespective of the repetitive complains on same topic…I’ve already stated that i don’t have problem with that…

And you know how community was before 6 months…there were so many good discussions.. photography, gaming tests, benchmarks, camera benchmarks, battery tests, charging tests and many more… now it’s just complains… issues that are just “wants” and we can not forget about some few “all anti- ” people..who just find negative points in evrything and try to troll and abuse…

JP I absolutely understand you, and that kind of community is the reason why I still think this is fun. Most of the time I try to ignore complaints withou substance and specially individual problems, that don’t occur for several users. Nevertheless I think you can agree that when finding a solution TOGETHER is the goal, there is also room for complaints - as long as they stay constructive 😄 I really appreciate having people like you around here, that try to reach a good vibe by helping people - even if it’s just the understanding for actual issues 🤝

I have raised a query to the support team from the Nothing official site. I didn’t see any option to add the image to put as proof. I hope they get back. If at all, anyone who knows any feedback or alternatives from the support team, please do share. Meanwhile, I tried the temporary fix of making a few alterations in Developer options. But that was only a slight improvement and not really a fix.

ArunPaul I made a support inquiry a few weeks ago and they confirmed that my inquiry was forwarded to R&D department. I Hope that it is true because it really is a huge downside of this phone and it bothers me extremely.

i contacted support team and they said take it to service centre. I’m kinda shocked that I got a defective device
