I genuinely need help because I’ve reached a complete dead end with my device.
I’m using a CMF Phone 2 Pro , and despite doing everything asked from my side, there has been zero resolution.
Issues I’m facing:
- Camera has constant abnormal noise across all lenses
- Front camera quality is very poor
- Phone lags and heats up during normal use
- Battery backup dropped from ~12 hours to around 9–10 hours
- UI experience has become worse over time
Now the frustrating part is the support loop:
- I called customer support around 9 times
- Every time, they told me to visit the service centre
- I went there and spent ~7 hours, they did resets and procedures → no improvement at all
- The service centre clearly said they cannot fix the issue
- After that, I called support again → they told me to “wait for updates”
Since then, nothing has been resolved—in fact, the experience has only gotten worse.
So right now:
- The issue exists
- Service centre can’t fix it
- Support keeps repeating steps or asking me to wait
- And I’m left with a device that doesn’t work properly
I’m not looking for temporary fixes anymore. I need a real, permanent solution.
Has anyone here faced this kind of situation where you’re just stuck between support and service centre with no outcome?
What actually worked for you?
If anyone from Nothing is here, please step in and resolve this properly. This is not acceptable for a device still under warranty.
