Hello Nothing Community,
I’m Mohammed Nihal, and I’ve been working on something that I think a lot of you will use. After a month of working with designer @ItzNotHJ , Side Dock Closed Beta is now live. This is a productivity sidebar made just for Nothing devices.
Why I Made This
I like how clean Nothing OS looks, but I had to switch apps a lot to do simple things. I wanted tools that were strong but not always there, tools that show up when you need them and disappear when you don’t.
So I made Side Dock, a simple gesture-based sidebar that lets you quickly get to useful tools without making your home screen look messy or ruining the Nothing vibe.
What Side Dock Does
Side Dock lives on the edge of your screen.** Swipe the tab from anywhere to open useful tools instantly.
Current Beta Features
1. 📱 Quick App Access: Start your most used apps from any place on your phone.
2. 📋 Smart Clipboard: A clipboard with saved copy-paste items to keep track of your data.
3. ✂️ Automatic Cropping: Removes unnecessary status bars, navigation bars, and empty space around images.
4. 🎙️ Voice Flow: Speak naturally and have your speech translated into well-formatted text.
5. 📄 Summary: Create concise summaries out of long texts like articles, messages, or documents.
