Hey everyone! I’ve been working on Glyph Bar Composer — a utility to map audio/logic to the Glyph interface on the Nothing Phone (4a).
It’s finally at a stage where I felt it’s worth sharing with you all. Fair warning… it might be a bit overkill 😅 but I hope you enjoy playing around with it as much as I enjoyed building it!
🔊 About permissions:
The app requests microphone access to analyze music frequencies. There’s no separate permission for reading audio files — it’s bundled under the same permission group by Android.
🔐 Security note:
There’s no malicious code in the app. Feel free to explore and cross-check everything — it’s completely open source.
💡 Feedback, suggestions, or ideas are more than welcome!
🧩 You’re free to use, modify, or build on top of it.
📦 App size: ~3MB
Excited to hear what you think!
