I had an issue of my battery draining upto 40% overnight, with no use, even with wireless features turned of from everywhere. I reported it, was guided to service center. I went there. First time: They reflashed my rom to Android 16. Told me to check again.
2nd time: I left the phone there, asked them to check it. Got a reply, no issue was found.
Now, my warranty period is over. I have developed a new habit of charging my phone upto 60% at the least before sleeping, out of necessity for using my phone in the mornings. Else I find my device drained of battery and power off
So, what I am telling you is, you are very lucky to get that service. It’s been more than a year, I have been living with this issue. I have like a list of atleast 40 emails to nothing customer care. They do reply to me. But, i haven’t found a solution yet.
