Nothing Phone (X) - Introducing the melody Veins

Hey everyone! I’m a 15 years old guy from Germany and today I thought about nothing. For myself, I’m on the 4a pro right now, and I like it. But, I’m very sad that there ain’t the glyph lines anymore like on the phone (2) or also the small ones on the phone (3a). So I thought about it, and said to myself:“hey boy, your drawings are not.. the best.. but why don’t you take pen and eraser and create a concept, so long that you like it?” So I did it. With passion, it was really fun and I’m very very excited. I worked on a potential concept, the “Nothing Phone (X)”. I wanted to push the Glyph design further, so I came up with the X-Core and Melody Veins. My idea is: The “X” in the middle of the back of the phone is for the bass. So, every time the bass (or snare) hits, it lights up shortly. And the curvy veins that start left and right from the cameras, are for the melody. The lights move slow or fast like snakes on them, but in the rhythm of the melodies of the song that is played. I also thought about some specs, I’ll name them right after this text. I know that my drawings and also my writing ain’t the best, so may it looks ugly for a few or maybe all of you that will see this (especially the camera 😅😜). But I know that this is a great community, I loved nothing ever since, and would really be happy if I’d get a review on this, either it’s bad or good. I’d be soooooo happy!!!

I went for an asymmetrical, “aggressive” look to break the standard symmetry. I’d love to hear your thoughts! Maybe a Midnight Purple colorway? That would look siiiick!!! ❤️🔥

AntonBeyer Nah bro..you cooked…and I personally believe the concept could be a little better…like adding the Circular glyphs around the Camera islands as Inspired by the Phone (4a) and Phone (3a)

Just an honest thought though…Please consider Team Nothing We got People on this Community feedback forum sketching concepts before GTA 6

The Idea is nice , concept is good but needs tinkering, it is fine but I feel its too curvy, the cameras are to small, Also add a glyph matrix, make It more a-symmetrical and use more spacing between the buttons and Nothing doesn’t put their name as a highlight the design speaks for itself btw

Thanks for the professional feedback, Rishik! I see your point about the logo and the camera size – definitely something I’ll adjust in the next iteration. I wanted to experiment with a more ‘organic’ look with the curves, but I get that Nothing usually stays a bit more geometric. Glad you think the design speaks for itself though! 🙂🫡

Hey everyone! After the amazing feedback and critics on my first Phone (X) concept (that was just yesterday 😅 I’m hyped!), I spent some time thinking about how a “Pro” version could look and feel

I wanted to keep the core DNA but make it more industrial and even more capable. It’s slightly larger, more geometric, and packed with everything a power user needs. Here’s my second vision: the Phone (X) Pro

Someone said that the curves are too unrealistic and not nothing-like, so I moved away from the softer curves and went for a more “edgy” and industrial look. The Titanium Grade 5 frame makes it incredibly tough but still light. The new Segmented Glyph Interface is designed to feel more technical.

Your draft has a strong identity but to be honest I would prefer a cleaner, more geometric look :-)

I think nothing should be increased there camara sensors quality and also in videography… instead of 4k 30 fps they should give 4k 60 fps ….
