After a month using the CMF Watch Pro 3, I see lots of advantages and disadvantages. I have experienced using different smartwatches, and this one has a good sensor to detect sleep and workout sessions. However, in the software phase, they can improve different things, one of which is the ‘Sleep quality summary’. It doesn’t really matter what your sleep quality score is, how much you slept, or how many training sessions you had; the summarization would tell you the same thing: “Try adding a bit more total sleep time and staying active during the day.”
I believe that by leveraging AI, you could be more precise by analyzing all the data the watch collects during the day and night.
