Nothing Phone (1) failing to 2.0.5 from 2.0.4

I received the OTA update OS 2.0.5 and can’t update, I’ve tried to download them myself and install them vía offlineupdater too. Finally I ended Up making my phone a Factory reset with all data erase and failing update again.

Anyone has faced the same issue as me?
