Hello fellow Nothing fans,
Here I am again to share some ideas to implement in the future. Let me start by addressing our community first. I really like it here; it feels like a family, though we are limited in numbers. It’s fun, and I really enjoy reading all enthusiastic ideas and thoughts. So, I think it’s very important for a company to address all users’ needs, and this is exactly why I think the Nothing community was established in the first place. So let’s begin by fixing something that’s basic, right? Yes, the community website! The community website lacks the option to categorize each Nothing product, so it’s pretty hard for anyone to navigate through the topics. I have to search for certain topics in the search bar.
Secondly,
The community website is pretty decent, but I always have to open my browser to access it. I hope a dedicated community app becomes available in the future for better convenience, that will allow me to lurk around without the need to rush to a browser lol and hopefully I will not miss any notifications.
Right now the community user base is pretty low, I am sure most Nothing phone users don’t even know about our community website and also it’s not mentioned anywhere, I had to search myself on internet to find one, I wish if the community app was pre installed that would be good. Also I know Nothing is heavily focusing on less bloatware free experience so uploading the app directly on play store wouldn’t hurt at all.
So things I wish from nothing:
- A new Gallery app with a smart editing suite (Priority no. 1)
- Nothing Community App
- Nothing Dialer App with free auto call recording
- Nothing Notes Pad; Google Keep is great, but a custom notes app will add more character
- Nothing Private Folder (I couldn’t find any safe vault to keep private photos/videos; I wish we had an inbuilt vault to secure all private information)
- Nothing Cloud
- Nothing Themes App with more fonts support and attractive monochrome designs (It’s optional, least priority)
