The idea of going with a guitar wasn’t random at all. I was listening to music when ‘Trankaito’ by Feid came on. The song opens with that beautiful guitar riff, and it instantly gave me goosebumps. That’s when the whole concept clicked for me. At first, I was planning to create a Spanish guitar, but I eventually decided to go with a classic acoustic guitar instead.

What’s coming next?

I listen to music every single day, and I often create beats in my head. So, I decided to try turning those ideas into real music using the app “Music Creator.” It lets you make tracks in different genres, especially Dembow, Funk, and Merengue. The app has a lot of potential, but it’s still in the testing phase — one day it works perfectly, and the next day it breaks or glitches. I’m still experimenting and trying to create something good with it. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

PREET AJMERI Initially, I thought it was some sort of tuner, which would also be a great addition to this, maybe the ability to recognize the chords you play, and show them on the little interface, but I do like the beat maker idea.

Curious to see other instruments take this approach. Something like a drum set or a keyboard would be cool. Might end up with a full essential rock band at some point!

themountofmint Definitely give it a try! It’s totally fine if you don’t know how to play yet — I kept the interface super simple and intuitive so everyone can jump in and enjoy it. This is how we make tech fun again!

Idea - add text box at the bottom where we can copy paste the string E4 G5 etc (actually I have no idea about musical instruments) which will play the sequence.

Also u can create your own sequence by pressing the string on the widget which will create a text string on the textbox and people can share them….

Also if there was a way to create approrite glyph using this same sequence this will be 3 in 1 function widget

What is this widget supposed to do exactly? It’s only able to play open strings, isn’t it?

CR24 This widget is still an early experiment. Right now, it mainly plays the open strings to keep the experience simple and beginner-friendly. The main goal is to help users visualize chord shapes in open tunings. In future updates, I plan to make the dots interactive, add proper chord playback, note sequences, and overall make it more polished and professional. Thanks for the feedback 👍
