A month ago, I was writing to Nothing support regarding the charging limit found on my Nothing 3a Pro with various compatible chargers.
After a few back and forth emails, we agreed to run some tests on my end, which were sent across two-three days.
Today, after a long while, it looks like the problem was acknowledged by the “relevant” team and sent to R&D department for technical investigation and issuing a possible fix.
I just wanted to share this info, regardless of what comes out of this. I know others reported this issue, but it’s not enough.
Please, if you find issues or inconsistencies, don’t stop with reporting it on the forum. Get in touch with Nothing support via the official means. The forum is not the place to send problems for resolution, just creating awareness.
Always report the issues via email or thru the phone menu.
Fingers crossed we’ll get a fix for this soon.
