The Nothing Headphone (a) are an incredibly well-built pair of headphones with good sound and a bang for the buck I couldn’t quite find elsewhere. (As a person who isn’t big on audio)
The headphones carry over the design from the Headphone (1), but they’ve changed a few things here and there. Mainly a simplification of the main portion of the headphones. Gone is the retro, and fully technical look, and they’ve brought forward a more toned down,

They’re also made out of aluminum and plastic, but it strikes a balance that I’m a huge fan of. It isn’t too light, where I feel like I’d break them. Nor is it too heavy either. I feel like these headphones could survive accidental drops and wouldn’t look too rough afterwards. (I will not test this theory, however, hehe.) This is really important to me, as I’m constantly moving around and exploring. So I give them bonus points, but I wish the earcups lowered a little more. I have a hefty amount of hair, and it’s just short of a perfect fit. Nothing a haircut won’t fix, but I felt it was important to note. I also notice my ears don’t get much air in these. (Just as important to note as well!)

simplified look. This isn’t bad, as I love how minimal the design is. It’s the right amount of clean, focused, and intended design characteristics, if you ask me.
The sound quality is flexible, meaning that it can be adjusted to suit each person. I love how they sound out of the box, but this will be different for everyone. However, you can take the time to make a sound profile for them, or explore the community and get some made directly by other community members. This is a huge aspect of a community-driven company, and I love it. I have tried a few, but I changed devices, and I can’t recall the specific ones used. I will check the playground and see if I can remember them by name.
My conclusion is that you cannot really go wrong with these. They’re built well, sound great, and the choice ultimately comes down to personal preference.
Thanks for stopping by and taking a look at my review. It’s long overdue, but I appreciate your patience. <3
