Same issue again

The issue came when I purchased during the 1st sale , got the speaker and ear piece low volume and distortion again now

Last time nothing service center reflashed the software and issue fixed which is not correct ideally

I need to back up all data and the same process they will tell

I feel like it’s a issue with the motherboard as I have charged np3 with car charger today and suddenly this happens.

Anyone can help , I have 2 years warranty as I bought in 1st sale

SudharsonJ visit sc again and explain them the issue and ask them to check motherboard and see what they tell get it solved asap while it’s in warranty
