Right headphone won’t be recognized by case - help

I have the nothing ear 2 and yesterday they worked fine before battery dying. I charged today and now the right side headphone won’t connect (It worked yesterday). Unfortunately due to this I can’t update firmware or factory reset them. Is there any fix for this? When I called support they were basically useless to help out.

I have had good luck with cleaning the contacts on both the buds and inside the case. A poor or dirty point of contact will cause all sorts of issues. I suspect the one bud that isn’t connecting is completely dead and didn’t charge.

Miguelfb6 I tried cleaning with rubbing alcohol and it still won’t charge it so I am lost on what to do.

Based on other people online it sounds like an unfixable problem.
